This gentle yoga class is designed for all ability levels, including beginners. Experience simple, meditative stretches combined with deep breathing to set a peaceful tone to your day, while building resilience to face the challenges of daily living. 

Your instructor, Anne Douglas, has been teaching yoga and meditation for over 30 years and teaches internationally to offer trainings, workshops and retreats.
