2026 CST Fellows Symposium
The 2026 CST Fellows Symposium is a two-day mix of lectures and small case-based education modules for transplant fellows, residents or associated trainees interested in transplantation. The Fellows Symposium will take place in-person October 26-27, 2026 at the Fairmont Queen Elizabeth, Montréal, QC. Sessions target all major organ groups, as well as adult and pediatric specialty groups.
