CANCELLATIONS/REFUNDS

If you cancel your Meeting registration: To cancel your Meeting registration and receive a refund, a written request must be received at the CST office on or before August 19, 2022. If your cancellation request is received on or before this date you will be refunded the quantum of the registration fee you paid less a $100CDN administrative fee, and the refund will be processed after the Meeting. There will be no refunds in respect of cancellation notices/requests received after August 19, 2022.

If we cancel the in-person portion of the Meeting: In the event we cancel the in-person component of the Meeting and proceed with a virtual-only Meeting you will continue to be registered for the virtual Meeting and you will receive a partial refund of your registration fees as follows:

  • Full Members that paid the $425 early bird registration fee will receive a $225 refund;
  • Full Members that paid the $450 regular registration fee will receive a $250 refund;
  • Banff Members paying $650 early bird registration fee will receive a $450 refund
  • Banff Members paying $750 regular registration fee will receive a $550 refund
  • CST Associate, Trainee, Fellow paying $150 early bird registration fee will not receive a refund
  • CST Associate, Trainee, Fellow paying $225 regular registration fee will not receive a refund
  • Corp sponsor $650 early bird registration fee will receive a $450 Refund
  • Corp sponsor $750 regular registration fee will receive a $550 Refund
  • Corp non-Sponsor $1,250 early bird registration fee will receive a $1,050 Refund
  • Corp non-Sponsor $1,450 regular registration fee will receive a $1,250 Refund

    The refund will be processed after the Meeting.

If we cancel the event: In the event we cancel the Meeting for any reason, you will receive a refund less a $50CDN administrative fee of your registration fees.
